Tekek Inn
Our good friend Din, Tekek's greatest surfing enthusiast, runs chalets right on the beach, 2 minutes from us. He has fan-only rooms, with cold shower, but in a very nice and idyllic location, under shady casuarina trees. You can find the only bar in this village in Din's place, where you'll be served ice cold beer and good music. Great place to party!

Persona Island Resort
This is a small, quiet and pleasant hotel, fifty metres from the beach, right behind the dive shop. Their rooms are large with air-con and cold shower. There is also a small restaurant, which serves breakfast and dinner. Sometimes, depending on number of guests, Persona will arrange for evening BBQ.

Babura Seaview Resort
Babura is right next to Swiss and a little more expensive but the standard of some of the rooms is significantly higher than on the rest of the beach.
There is a section completed only a couple of years ago, facing the sea. The rooms are relatively small, but they all have air-con and hot shower. Behind this there is a long house with some air-con and some fan-only rooms, as well as a few nice chalets in the back, with air-con. The resort accepts Visa and MasterCard.
Babura has a very good Chinese restaurant, and there is a small gift-shop as well.

Peladang Inn
Peladang is 5 minutes walk from the beach, on the main road through the village. It is a very quiet place surrounded by a beautiful garden.
All the rooms are big and have air con. The bathrooms have cold showers but usually the water is lukewarm thanks to the fact that only two rooms share the same watertank, and the sun quickly heats the water during the day. Here you can also rent a whole house, which has three rooms, four beds, bathroom and fridge. Ideal for families or big groups.

Bamboo Hill
For those of you who want something special, maybe you should stay at Sue's place, Bamboo Hill. This little paradise is situated on the next beach, Air Batang - at the very end. A little harder to get to, far from us, and a little isolated, but very special.
Sue has a few bungalows high on the rocks overlooking the whole bay, a fantastic view. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-kept. Surrounding the place is a lush, shady tropical garden. Perfect place for a honeymoon! Have a look at her website. Bamboo Hill accepts credit cards.
